The Tram Woman
Fabio and Agustina, two lovers amid the political and social turmoil of Colombia in the 1940s, will encounter the ghost of a future condemned to repeat itself over and over again, but that continues to try to change history with the only thing that always persists: the hope.
This dramatic work explores the theme of the Colombian armed conflict that has transcended throughout national history. His dramaturgy references political and social characters from the 1940s, which reflected a series of behaviors that today continue to be a source of violence, lack of empathy, and forgetting history.
The Tram Woman is a play that won the ChapiCircuito call in Bogotá, organized by the Fundesco Foundation.
